Oh I see, I thought this was a graphic you had created, but I guess not?
I don't see those messages when I build the sandbox version of tti, but I'm
using an old-ish version of XEP. Other than raising this on the RenderX
mailing list, and/or digging into the content of the SVG's I don't know what
to suggest.

Update: I did a quick grep and both tip.svg and caution.svg use gradients
