You can change the header prefex in your doxygen rule:

doxygen boost
   :
      [ glob ../../../boost/conversion/boost/*.hpp ]
   :
        <xsl:param>"boost.doxygen.reftitle=Boost classes specializations"
        <xsl:param>boost.doxygen.header.prefix=boost/conversion
   ;
