I've checked the output generated from standalone Doxygen using the Doxywizard, and private member
info is always output to XML ,but not to HTML.

So I've asked on Bugzilla [Bug 666100] New: Private members are documented in XML when
EXTRACT_PRIVATE = NO and/or marked \internal .

and am awaiting a response.

Thanks for your input. I'll post any conclusions/resolutions.

(This may appear an trivial matter, but some libraries have tons of private stuff that should be
kept out of the synopsis part to avoid cluttering, perhaps overwhelmingly, with info that is
strictly implementation. Excluding \details folder does work, but it only one aspect. )
