I had a look for places which would be affected by this. There's quite
a lot of markup along the lines of:

[pre
    some text
]

Which will add extra whitespace to the left of the block. I could
possibly unindent pre blocks in the same manner as code blocks, but
since they can contain a wider variety of markup, I'm a bit worried
that some markup might cause unexpectedly odd results. I'll look into
it.
