Hi All,

Stefan and I, we've agreed to freeze the develop branch
and stop accepting any new PRs or commits until
the Grand Merge into master happens.

The merge deadline is 4th of July [2]
Then, the master will be released as part of Boost 1.68

NOTE: To prevent any accidental merges into develop during the freezing
period, I have protected the branch to "Require pull request reviews
before merging", from at least 2 reviewers. Once merged, the branch
will re-open for commits and merges.
