Hi,

I remembered there was a list of old GIL extensions on the old site, ages ago.

A bit of digging and I've just found this old page that lists various
old extensions
contributed by GIL users https://stlab.adobe.com/gil/contribute.html
Some of them have already been integrated (IO, numeric),
some are not available anymore.

An interesting one is this OpenCV, it stil can be found archived at
https://code.google.com/archive/p/gil-contributions/source/default/source
and seems like someone has imported it to GitHub repo
https://github.com/chyh1990/gil-contributions/tree/master/gil_2/boost/gil/extension

This may be worth to look at or even create a repo for those and
import into one place
to not to loose that work.

I've created a Boost.GIL-related organization, https://github.com/boost-gil
seems like we could make use of it as a good home to arcive all those oldies.

If anyone has any old GIL sample or extension, please share!
