[benchmark] Catch2 integrated/included Nonius benchmark

Hi,

A follow-up to recent discussion and Olzhas' initiative for evaluating
benchmarking options for GIL [1].

FYI, the popular test framework Catch2 has just included benchmarking
facilities. Apparently, it is code donated by Nonius microbenchmark
framework:
