[benchmark] Branch moved to boostorg/gil

Hi,

Since Olzhas has now commit access [1] to boostorg/gil,
I have moved the `benchmark` branch
from
https://github.com/boost-gil/benchmark-prototype/tree/benchmark
to
https://github.com/boostorg/gil/tree/benchmark

Please, continue to use/develop our benchmarking prototype
using the new location.
Olzhas, please, feel free to directly commit to the `benchmark` branch,
without any requirements of PR, unless you prefer.

I'm also going to remove the fork at
https://github.com/boost-gil/benchmark-prototype
