Moving numeric from extension to core?

Hi,

Stefan, I remember you have planned to move the Numeric
to core features. What's the status of the move?

I think, after the GSoC additions, there may be a cyclic
dependency now. Pranam is doing some cleanup as part
of https://github.com/boostorg/gil/issues/387
and the Numeric situation is an obstacle.
