We're getting ready to start the release cycle.

People should be familiar with the milestones.
They're on the calendar at https://www.boost.org/development/

The first two milestones are:
23-Oct: Boost 1.72.0 closed for new libraries and breaking changes
30-Oct: Boost 1.72.0 closed for major changes
