I meant the function signatures, e.g. return `detail::kernel_2d<..>`
instead of just `kernel_2d<...>`, and call `detail::convolve_2d(...)`
instead of just `convolve_2d(...)`. At the moment I am overwhelmed by all
the examinations at school and complex task at work.I believe I will have
my hands more free after a week or so, but until then I can only react to
urgent stuff.
