I honestly find confusing to associate two distinct version numbers with
Boost.GIL, but since we have our own version number, I agree we should
bump it to indicate the API changes. (I wouldn't go as far as thinking
in terms of semantic versioning, though, so a version bump is just a
bump, without any metric. :-) )
