Currently, due to CI limitations, we only run minimum set of IO tests,
which is `b2 libs/gil/test/extension/io//simple` executed by
Travis CI and AppVeyor, and AzP too I think.

I've been working on improving that situation but
there is a nasty bug out there, somewhere around packed_pixel,
which I need to kill first :-)
