Hi All,

Following a chat with Pranam on Gitter, we've started
list of IP algorithms: implemented and wish list:

The list is open to all image processing algorithm,
from basic and classic through to complex and modern,
from old and sub-optimal through specialised, optimal
or parallel-friendly ones.

Please, feel free to enlist your favourite ones you'd
like to see in GIL or algorithms you'd like to implement,
