First merges of GSoC work after Boost 1.74

Dear All,

Please, accept my apologies for long silence during the last weeks.
Thank you Debabrata and Olzhas for keeping up great work
and Pranam for supporting our students.

I've now been catching up with discussions and PR reviews

Although we are actually ready to start merging the first PRs,
I'd like to request we wait until I complete final merges of
develop to master for Bost 1.74 release.

Once I'm done with that, hopefully by tomorrow, the develop
branch will be open for merging the GSoC work
