I could have sworn it takes more like five or six hours before the results
show up.

For example:

Right now its Wed Oct 13 07:48:42 UTC 2004 but the web page still shows a
report time of "Wed, 13 Oct 2004 03:00:27 +0000". If I did understand you
correctly, the report should have been updated two hours ago.
