[Boost-testing] Tarball is not up to date

I already posted this yesterday but it didn't arrive.

Doug Gregor told me that the current regression results don't show 
recent changes in the code and I've found out that this is due to 
outdated sources in the tarball. It seems that there is again something 
wrong with the tarball extraction!
