The serialization library v 1.32 supports it.  As it turned out, it was
easier for me to debug executables on my environment with bcb 5.51 than 5.64
and anything that worked for 5.51 also worked for 5.64.  In fact, final
testing resulted only two problems.  serialization of C arrays and xml
archives(bcb 5.51 only)  This is much, much better than msvc 6.
