[Boost-testing] vc-8_0 Laru versus Rudbek results?

The date_time/testlocal_time test is failing VC8 on Rudbek, but passing on
Laru.  It's a runtime failure.  

Are these 2 different compilers even though they are labeled VC8 or is
something else going on?
