[Boost-testing] Martin Wille's hash test results

Some of the test results for the hash functions aren't appearing, see:

Since the newer tests are appearing, I guess this might be something to 
do with moving the tests into status/Jamfile and then back to the 
library Jamfile. Maybe there are stale results left for the status 
directory? If there are, can you delete them?
