[Boost-testing] Pokorny gcc results

Who's running the "Pokorny" gcc tests?

There's one type_traits failure (is_abstract_test) for these that's due to 
the gcc version used, but I don't really want to mark up "gcc" as an 
expected failure, when the latest gcc releases *do* pass this test.

Any chance that these tests could be run under a version specific toolset 
name?
