[Boost-testing] New version of CodeWarrior for MacOSX..

Last week Metrowerks released a 9.5 patch to their PPC compiler. It 
would be really nice one of the current cw-9_4-darwin testers became a 
cw-9_5-darwin tester so we can at minimum update Boost.Config for that 
compiler version.
