Those runners who don't invoke the script's auto-update step, please
grab the latest version from
http://www.meta-comm.com/engineering/boost/regression.py.gz or the CVS
main trunk.
The update is necessary to enable highlighting of older results in the
reports (it switches the XML "timestamp" attribute to ISO 8601
format).
