[Boost-testing] Test Exclusions Broken?

I'm noticing that some previously excluded tests have started showing up as
failures.  For example, for date-time msvc-stlport and sunpro are marked as
unusable.  And yet, they are no longer showing all gray.  It also apprears
that some wildcarded exclusions like *dll for como aren't being blocked out.

Did a change get made to the exclusion processing?
