Hum. That's OK for truly broken tests (the FP test?), but the 
run-with-failure-expected-tests shouldn't be removed just because they were 
being reported incorrectly. The fix for that problem is to fix the reporting 
harness, not to remove the tests, IMO.

I'm starting to look at compiler_status.cpp right now and will try to fix 
the problem there ASAP.
