[Boost-testing] [iostreams][Beman] what GCC version are you running?

Hi,

Despite the fact that you GCC toolset is not marked as required, I'm concerned
about the runtime failure of file_descriptor_test.cpp. I gather you are using
Cygwin; could you let me know your GCC version so that I can try to reproduce
the problem on my system?
