[Boost-testing] regression.py broken?

I'm unable to run regression tests now. Please find attached bjam.log, 
regression.log and regression.cmd (batch used to start tests). Basically 
it comes to error logged by bjam:

don't know how to make 
omo-4_3_3-vc7_1 -d2 --dump-tests  -sALL_LOCATE_TARGET=G:\results
...found 1 target...
...can't find 1 target...

File "como-4_3_3-vc7_1-tools.jam" is in G:\boost\tools\build\v1, I have 
no problems downloading current tarball
