[Boost-testing] acc serializationj DLL test results

The DLL version of the library for the acc compiler fails to build with the
following message

This used to work but somehow has gotten broken.  The error messages points
to mpl/integer_c and from there to align_of.  I'm sure some change in the
serialization system has tripped upon something in mpl/align_of and I would
be be willing to work around it if I knew what it was.  I would appreciate
any help anyone want's to offer.
