It's OK; the requirements are actually "Python 2.3 or higher". I've
updated the docs accordingly.

Hmm, I can't reproduce this one. Could you try to invoke 'build.bat'
manually and report the results?

OK, this one and a couple of others are fixed in the CVS now. Thanks
