Thanks for the log.

But I have no clue, why bjam tries to link the testapp against the
libboost_wave-vc80-mt-s-1_33.lib, when it should link it against the built
libboost_wave-vc80-sgd-1_33.lib? Even more that it works as expected on
other platforms, even on the same platform (VC8) but on other test sites.

Anybody out there having an idea?
