[Boost-testing] Novice question about Boost.Build command line invokation

Hello, All!

I see in the documenation of Boost Regression
  Tests on Windows platform next:
 >bjam.log 2>&1

I tried to read Windows Command line documentation to
  understand what "2>&1" means, but found no explanations
there. Can you help me, please, and provide any link
or explanation about what does the invokation means?
What is '2' and what is '&1'?
