[Boost-testing] [comsoft][iostreams] Tests use an old CVS snapshot

Hi,

The three COMSOFT iostreams failures, such as this http://tinyurl.com/96fqx,
reflect an old version of the iostreams source. I know there's a simple way to
fix this, but I can't remember how to describe it. Whatever it is, would you do
it, please ;-)
