[Boost-testing] VC8 results from very recent compiler

My first results from testing boost with the very latest VC8 internal build 
(50727) are now posted on the Meta-Comm site under runner id 
Laru_VC8_Weekly.

Other than Serialization, which looks rather broken, they look quite good! 
It looks like my Python setup isn't quite right because the Python tests 
weren't run at all.  Likewise, the wave tests weren't run - is there some 
dependency for Wave that I need to get set up?
