[Boost-testing] Regression Log Feature Request

When a "run" test fails, it's important to be able to see the
command-line(s) that caused the failure.  We currently get the
compiler and linker output, which is nice but not very useful most of
the time, and then we get the run output.  I'd like to see the command
that launches the test.
