I belive I've found a relatively easy way to modify my script so that
if nothing relevant has changed in CVS I will abort the script
instead of doing a rather pointless duplication of my last regression run.
This allows me to look every 30 minutes (probably faster if needed)
and run the tests when there is a meaningful change.
This should reduce the turn-around time substantively for the authors.
