[Boost-testing] [goncalo-vc71-stlport-4.6.2] linker error

On xpressive's regression tests for the goncalo-vc71-stlport-4.6.2 
toolset, I'm getting the following linker error:

test_static.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "public: 
static unsigned char * _STL::_Bs_G<bool>::_S_bit_count" 
(?_S_bit_count@?$_Bs_G@_N@_STL@@2PAEA)
