[Boost-testing] Latest VC8 test results

I just uploaded a new set of test results from VC8 build 14.00.50727.42. 
Even though VC8 hasn't been officially released yet, this is very likely to 
be the final build before RTM (this is the build that's been in escrow since 
late September for RTM in the next couple days).

I haven't had a chance to look at the results yet, but it's safe to assume 
that any problems with this build will persist with the released version 
unless fixed on the boost end.
