Robert,

I assume this is for you as your name is in the file.

The recent change you incorporated into ...archive/codecvt_null.hpp on 
line 27 is incorrect. The test should be :

#elif defined(__QNXNTO__)

i.e. with _two_ underscores either side of QNXNTO.

The latest test was patched locally prior to execution.
