[Boost-testing] [QNX6] [archive] Requesting change in codecvt_null.hpp

Please could someone correct the line in codecvt_null.hpp (HEAD branch) 
from:

     #elif defined(_QNXNTO_)

to be:

     #elif defined(__QNXNTO__)

Note that there are two underscore characters either side of the "QNXNTO".

Please advise when complete.
