[Boost-testing] BBV2 Tru64 regression run

I just uploaded the first bbv2 regression run of HP-CXX 7.1-006 on Tru64, 
the runner ID is Comsoft. It can be compared to the HP Testdrive runner, 
which uses the same compiler.

Once the latest regression.py is in CVS and any V1-V2 differences are 
sorted out, I will switch the HP Testdrive runner to V2 as well.

I will try to take care of the expected failure markup too, as the toolset 
names have changed but this will probably takes some days.
