This failure has occured again. I checked and found that in my case no
"results" directory had been created.
It also appears to have happened to COMSOFT, huber, OSL3, slapeta1 & HP
TestDrive. Mine is QNX630.
One casual observation is that it seems to happen at a weekend i.e.
tests that start on Saturday.
