[Boost-testing] Removing test results

Hi!

What is the method for removing test results? For example, at the moment
there are two sets of results from Reece, both with msvc/V2, so I'd rather
remove the oldest of the two.

BTW, Reece, any specific reason why you've changed the runner id?
