[Boost-testing] Status of Nasonov-gcc42

Alexander,
your Nasonov-gcc42 are very out of date at the moment, corresponding to 22
Jan. Do you have the resources to revive those tests? If not, what do you
think about removing them completely. There's just no point in having so
outdated results.
