[Boost-testing] [v2][qcc] Failures due to the inclusion of "-lpthread"

I am experiencing test failures in thread and regex because the link 
command includes "-lpthread". This is not a valid option for QNX.

Can someone please tell me where this is being inserted? It does not 
originate from the qcc.jam file...
