No. In V1 I had some bad experience with that feature, so I did not ported
it over.

I doubt this will be a good idea. Then, in case of any problem (like bad
LD_LIBRARY_PATH that we had on some Unix platforms) you'll have to
recompile entire Boost testsuite.
