[Boost-testing] V2: Failure Markups

Hi,

I've now adjusted and reviewed the failure markups for CW and Intel. I 
guess there isn't any recommendation whether to keep the old (V1) 
markups or not, so I didn't. The same yields for the supported toolsets. 
Anyway, other configurations still need to be fixed.

IMO it doesn't make sense to maintain the toolset names for both V1 and 
V2; this would be just confusing. If we anticipate the switch to V2 for 
1.34, we should also remove the old markups, right?
