[Boost-testing] Metacomm and Borland platforms

Borland have finally released the second patch, so 5.82 testing does
not need a beta flag - which I don't really want to include in the
failure mark-up.

Also, with the availability of the second patch I beleive you can stop
testing 5.81 now.  The plan for 1.34 release is to support the 'latest'
version of BCB6 and BCB2006, and there are known MPL regressions in
5.81 that require the compiler update.  I'd rather not spend time
marking up 2 versions of the compiler ;¬)
