Doug, can you do the following:

1. Do to libs/python/test
2. Run "bjam --v2 -n -a" > log
3. Send the me 'log'.

I suspect those two failing tests are built in a bit different way then
other tests, and looking at the command lines is the easiest way to
understand this.
