[Boost-testing] Missing or spurious failures?

Some of the failures showing up now that the message nag is back on appear 
to be spurious:

On gcc-sunpro, this one appears to be a toolset or bjam problem?

And this just has a "page not found" message:

The same problem shows up in a large number of toolsets with the same two 
tests.

Any ideas anyone?
