[Boost-testing] [Sun] OSL4-V2 tester upgraded to latest Sun compiler

I've updated the OSL4-V2 tester to the latest "official" patch for  
Sun Studio 11, patch 121017-02 2006/04/19. It looks like it has  
cleared up a few failures.
